Terms of Service

Welcome to Kolabl. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and services (the “Service”), whether you use it as a creator, as a brand, or as a visitor.

Accepting these Terms

Our sign-in screens link these Terms and our Privacy Policy right where you continue — under each Google sign-in button, and on the page that opens a brand sign-in link. By continuing past that notice you agree to these Terms; this is how every creator and brand account starts. We record when you did so and which version was in force. Using the Service without an account (for example, sending a brief or accepting a scope of work at a private link) also means you accept these Terms for that use. When we materially change these Terms, the updated version is shown the next time you sign in.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (16 in the European Economic Area) to use Kolabl. If you are under the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, you confirm that a parent or legal guardian has read and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.

2. Your account

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it current.
• You may not share your account, transfer it, or use anyone else's account.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

3. Use of the Service

You agree NOT to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose
• Misrepresent yourself, your audience, or your content metrics
• Bypass, probe, scan, or otherwise circumvent any security feature
• Use automated systems (bots, scrapers, data miners) without explicit written permission
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the Service
• Upload content that infringes third-party intellectual property, contains malware, is defamatory, or violates any law
• Harass, threaten, or impersonate any person on the Service
• Resell, sublicense, or commercialize the Service without our written consent

4. Connected platforms

You can connect Instagram and YouTube (TikTok connections are not currently offered). When you connect an account, you confirm that you are its authorised owner or manager and that you will comply with that platform's terms. Access is read-only. We rely on the data those platforms make available to us; we are not responsible for changes, downtime, or limitations they impose.

Kolabl uses YouTube API Services. By connecting a YouTube channel you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service, and Google's handling of your data is described in the Google Privacy Policy.

Data accessed from Instagram and YouTube via our integrations is used only for the purposes described in our Privacy Policy and never for advertising targeting, third-party profiling, or any purpose prohibited by Meta's Platform Terms or the Google API Services User Data Policy.

5. Content and intellectual property

Your content

You retain ownership of all content you submit to Kolabl (your bio, portfolio, packages, posts you choose to feature, etc.). By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, display, reproduce, and adapt that content as necessary to operate the Service.

Your public Media Kit

If you choose to publish a Media Kit, you make the information you select — including selected metrics derived from your connected accounts, your rate card, and posts you feature — publicly accessible at a shareable URL. You control what is published and may edit or unpublish it at any time. You are responsible for ensuring the information you publish is accurate and that you have the right to display it; misrepresenting your audience or metrics is prohibited under Section 3.

Our content

The Service (including code, design, dashboards, scoring algorithms, analytics methodology, and visual assets) is owned by Kolabl and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for its intended purpose.

6. Third-party services

Kolabl may display links or references to third-party platforms and services. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of those third parties. Your interactions with them are governed by their own terms.

7. Deals, scopes of work and mediation

A scope of work sent through Kolabl is an agreement between the creator and the brand; Kolabl is not a party to it. Kolabl adds a few fixed clauses that neither side can edit (for example, how and when live deliverables are treated as approved, and the disclosure rules), and records the acceptance as described in our Privacy Policy. Kolabl does not process payments for any scope of work.

If a creator and a brand disagree about a scope of work created through Kolabl, either party may raise the issue and Kolabl will provide good-faith mediation on request. Kolabl acts only as a facilitator in this process, not an arbitrator: we do not adjudicate who is right, issue binding rulings, or process payments between the parties. While an issue is open, the deal is paused.

To mediate, Kolabl may review the deal record — the agreed scope of work, timeline entries, deliverables submitted through the Service, and any notes or issue descriptions submitted through the Service in connection with the deal. The outcome of mediation is recorded on the deal and shared with both parties.

8. Fees and AI credits

Kolabl is free to use today, for creators and for brands. We may introduce paid plans or fees in the future, including fees on transactions. We will tell you in advance, and no fee will apply to you unless you agree to it.

Some features use AI and draw on a free monthly allowance of AI credits. The allowance resets each calendar month (India Standard Time); unused credits do not carry over, have no cash value, and cannot be bought, sold or transferred. We may change the allowance.

9. Termination

You may close your account at any time from Settings (Danger zone) or by emailing support@kolabl.com. Closing it disconnects your platforms and deletes their data straight away and erases the rest of your account after 30 days, as described on our Data Deletion page. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that risks harm to other users or to Kolabl. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately, but provisions that by their nature should survive (intellectual property, disclaimers, indemnity, limitations of liability) will continue to apply.

10. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. KOLABL DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE FROM VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS. ANALYTICS, RANKINGS, AND RECOMMENDATIONS ARE INFORMATIONAL ESTIMATES AND DO NOT CONSTITUTE FINANCIAL OR LEGAL ADVICE.

11. Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, KOLABL AND ITS AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE SERVICE. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (a) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM OR (b) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US$100).

12. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Kolabl, its officers, employees, and partners from any claim, demand, loss, or expense (including attorneys' fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms or your use of the Service.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Surat, Gujarat, India.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified through the Service or by email at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

Complaints about content on Kolabl or about how we handle your data go to our Grievance Officer, Kolabl at grievance@kolabl.com (Kolabl, Surat, Gujarat, India). We acknowledge a grievance within 24 hours and resolve it within 15 days of receiving it.
